Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months, after which they’re deleted unless you become a customer. For customer accounts we keep service records for as long as you remain a customer, plus 6 years afterwards (to meet HMRC record-keeping requirements).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and email. They only process data on our instructions:

• Vercel — website hosting (servers located in the UK/EU).
• Resend — transactional email delivery when you submit the contact form.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, and we do not transfer it outside the UK/EU.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We don’t profile visitors, and we don’t share anything with social or advertising networks.

The only data stored in your browser is a small flag we set when you dismiss the cookie notice, so we don’t show it again. That flag contains no personal information and is stored only on your device.
